The Frantastics will be performing at Cipriani’s newest London restaurant, ‘Downtown Mayfair’ this New Year’s Eve 2011. Lee Harris of ‘The Blockheads’ will be joining the line-up, enabling Frances to slink off to the bar unnoticed for a sneaky glass of fizz…or three.

Frances & Richard O’Brien performed a one night gig at Blacks members Club in Soho, to raise money for St Christopher’s Hospice in Sydenham London; Lauren’s on drums.

Just confirmed: the BBC will be bringing along their big shiny satellite van to the Royal Vauxhall Tavern Friday 1st Oct, to interview and record The Frantastics live, between 10pm and Midnight for The Late Show with Joanne Good on BBC Radio London.

Yup, we’ll be doing that pelvic thrust Time Warp, thingy me jig at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern on Friday 1st October at 11:30pm; oh and look…that Richard O’Brien (Rocky Horror Show) chappie will be joining us again, well come on, he did write it after all!

The Frantastics song, ‘Fell in Love in a Chatroom’ gets BBC Radio airplay on the Tom Robinson Show. ‘Hilarious, I just love the obliqueness of this song, it could mean anything?’ Tom Robinson.

Richard O’Brien (Rocky Horror Picture Show) joins The Frantastics on-stage (what again), for his…ehhh…I’ve lost count now, time. One of our biggest fans, he’s now an honorary member of the band; how cool is that!

Our gig to help celebrate the Italian festival Ferragosto, at favourite multi-award winning cocktail bar 69 Colebrooke Row, was a blast. Two half hour sets, that ended sometime after 1am, or was it 2am, maybe it was 3am…yup, it really was that good!

The Frantastics are delighted to be donating their services on the 15th August, for the Terence Higgins Trust / Crusaid annual charity fund-raiser bash. We’re hoping to help raise lots of dosh and have a fun time too…yippee!

We announce a new addition to the family, in the shape of Sarah; she’ll be taking over Bass duties. And so, the band continues to move onward and upward in their musical direction and sound; The Frantastics just cranked it up a notch, that’s even more Frockabilly for your buck!

Due to overwhelming demand, The Frantastics will be performing at Bistrotheque throughout the months of June & July, appearing every Friday & Saturday.

The Frantastics will be doing a seven-month, weekend residency at ‘ Bistrotheque‘ starting January 2010.
